Every ~2 minutes the table rolls itself. Each bet is bound to a future settle block; your roll is HASH(blockhash(H) ‖ blockhash(H+1) ‖ seatId) mod 100. Those block hashes don't exist yet when you bet, so nobody — not you, not the bank, not the block producer — can know or steer your roll while betting is open (two blocks are mixed so no single miner can grind it). Once your settle block is final, anyone can settle your seat and the chain pays a win automatically — a stalling bank can't rob you. A win pays 99 ÷ target (1% edge); losing stakes fold into the bankroll so the table keeps rolling.
